　何人も、裁判所において裁判を受ける権利を奪はれない。

　何人も、裁判所において裁判を受ける権利を有する。

Article XXXI.

　No person shall be arrested or detained without being at once informed of the charges against him nor without the immediate privilege of counsel

　He shall not be held incommunicado

　He shall not be detained without adequate cause

　And upon demand of any person such cause must be immediately shown in open court in his presence and the presence of his counsel.

　Aliens shall be entitled to the equal protection of law.

第三十一条
